A Guide to Wellness in London

Looking for the best wellness spots in town? We’ve got you covered.

For a matcha on-the-go or with a view of the ever so chic Chiltern Firehouse, we recommend Monocle Cafe. Their matcha is ceremonial grade and sourced from Japan. They also have a matcha gateaux which is divine.

For a meditative walk in nature, the Kyoto Gardens in Holland Park are a must-visit.

We swear by holistic skin treatments by Dr. Rabia Malik who not only treats patients at the most gorgeous of spaces in London -- the Lanserhof in Mayfair and Harrods in Knightsbridge -- but who also has her own collagen-enhanced skincare products that will leave your skin feeling brand new.

Our favorite reformer pilates studios are Nobu Portman Square Pilates and Frame in Fitzrovia. Both boast floor-to-ceiling windows for a burst of natural light while you break a sweat. They also have cafes connected to them, should you want to have a mindful moment post workout.

At Casa Cura, we believe building and maintaining strong bonds with loved ones is just as important to your wellness practice as meditating is. If you’re looking to have a meal out with friends we recommend:

For a rooftop lunch with a view, we love Pantechnicon in Chelsea. The ground floor also has Cafe Kitsune which serves great matcha if you’re looking for a post-meal pick-me-up.

For a glamorous dinner surrounded by art, Berners Tavern at the Edition Hotel will not disappoint. The walls are filled with beautiful art that can’t be ignored. The menu is modern European and offers something for everyone.
